Our ‘Summer Arts for Kids ‘school holiday sessions are back! In these child centred workshops, kids will learn from specialist arts tutors and each session will focus on a different medium and concept. These workshops are appropriate for children from P1 to P7 and we are offering the sessions on a Sliding Scale framework to ensure accessibility for all.

All sessions involve a gentle start, children are invited to participate in ways that work for them and parents/guardians are welcome to stay in the session as long as they need to to ensure their child feels settled. If your child has access needs that you’d like to discuss please get in touch via visualarts@birnamarts.com

We are offering all of these workshops on a Sliding Scale pricing framework thanks to funding from Creative Scotland. Please be honest and pay what you can afford:

Tier 1: £8 | I have little disposable income

Tier 2: £10 | I have some disposable income

Tier 3: £12 | I have a comfortable amount of disposable income

Tier 4: £15 | I have a comfortable amount of disposable income and I’m happy to pay more to help enable others to access the arts.

Our Shop has a unique selection of gifts sourced both locally and from throughout Scotland. With a range of design, jewellery and craft items there’s a little something for everyone. We also stock the largest range of Beatrix Potter merchandise in the country.

Birnam Arts delivers a programme of monthly exhibitions showing work by artists at varying stages of their careers within both solo and group exhibitions.
