All pricing on this website is in pounds sterling. If you are buying from overseas your payment card will be charged in pounds sterling at your card issuing bank’s current exchange rate to your local currency. Our pricing includes UK Value Added Tax at the current applicable rate.
Your tickets will be sent by email.
Should Birnam Arts have to cancel an event, you will be refunded the ticket price.
All refunds must be claimed within 28 days of the event.

Your payment card information is transferred to Stripe securely and encrypted.
Birnam Arts is conscious that you are trusting us with private information which we need to process your order. You have our assurance that your information will not be shared with any other organisations except Stripe, our chosen payment card service provider.

We retain the right to accept your order solely at our discretion. If we are concerned that you are attempting to place an order dishonestly, fraudulently, by impersonating someone else or are attempting to use payment details which have been stolen we will make additional checks as to your standing and if appropriate involve external authorities.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days, or are required to isolate, you must not visit our venues.
Doors opening times will vary depending on the venue. Please check individual event pages for details. If you are attending in a household group, you should arrive together.
Before you come into the venue, please put on a face covering and keep it on throughout your visit. Coverings must be worn at all times indoors during the performance, unless you have a medical exemption. Face coverings may only be lowered when eating or drinking.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in entry being refused or being asked to leave the premises.
There will be a hand sanitisation station within the entrance to the venue.
Your tickets will be checked on arrival and the barcode on your printed ticket or e-ticket on your phone scanned. Please have this ready for scanning on arrival.
On arrival, we will ask you to log your contact details by scanning a Check In Scotland Test and Protect QR code. If you can't do this on your phone, we'll take your details manually. This is a legal requirement and data will be held for 21 days and only shared with the NHS on request.
