
Join Liz as she brings her extensive experience to Birnam Arts twice a week: Tuesdays 2 - 3pm and Fridays 9:30 - 10:30am.
Pilates is designed to help develop better posture, a strong foundation to support your back and a long, lean muscular system which combines strength with flexibility.
These Pilates classes are suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced and you don't have to have a back/musculoskeletal problem to attend. But if someone does have a condition/injury, exercises can be adapted to suit .
To attend classes you must block book in advance.Classes usually run in blocks of four at a cost of £32.
