A series of three FUN fundraiser sessions to raise your heartbeats and health while raising some funds for Birnam Arts.
Pilates instructor Liz and her life-long dance and fitness friend Vicki have created a FUN fundraiser to raise your heartbeats and health while raising some funds for Birnam Arts.
CardioFUNk to music from the 70's, 80's & 90's right through to the current day. It's all about moving safely, having fun to get fitter, and burn some calories to get the year started off right. There’ll also be a "Core on the Floor" section to help trim our tummies.
If you have fond memories of ‘aerobics classes’ from the 80’s and 90’s and crave a chance to dig out your lycra, legwarmers and get your crazy hair on, these classes are just the thing.

Welcome to Birnam Arts, a boutique multi-purpose arts, conferencing and entertainment venue.
Pop in to the Foyer Cafe for breakfast, grab a delicious coffee with a selection of our homemade baking or enjoy a light lunch whilst browsing on the free WiFi. Wander upstairs to view the latest of our monthly art exhibitions before visiting the world of Beatrix Potter, or the Gift Shop to purchase a special gift for your loved ones or yourself!
This is a lovely light and welcoming building with a cafe and library during the day and some really excellent concerts and shows of all genres mostly in the evening. It's an intimate space but with capacity for several hundred people and tends to be competitively priced. It relies on volunteer support and is an excellent community hub.
