Ages 3-8 yrs old

Introducing the very young to a foreign language in an accessible, fun way, THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF LAPIN is a heart-warming bilingual piece of theatre, narrated in English with puppets talking in French, especially aimed at non-French speaking children, with a fun dance session for them at the end – they’ll also be offered pieces of carrot to eat… read on!Tania has just arrived from Paris for a very special occasion: The World’s Tastiest Carrot Competition! In her leather trunk, she carries her very own garden, from which a whole world is revealed, a world of Tania’s animal friends, each of them desperate for a taste of the prize carrot… watch and see what happens!

Fun and memorable, Le Petit Monde productions foster curiosity, expand the imagination, and tap into a child’s innate ability to learn and use language to jump-start their foreign language acquisition skills. Le Petit Monde is based in Edinburgh.
