Birnam & Dunkeld Film Society

The object of the society is to advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts, particularly the art of film and allied visual techniques. Membership of the society is £20 for a six month season and entitles the holder to attendance at all film shows and other meetings. Guest tickets are £4.50 each. Films are shown at the BACC usually on the evening of the second and fourth Sunday of each month, starting at 7:30p.m. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and there is a bar and light refreshments available before each screening. When a film is longer than 2 hours, there is an interval when the bar re-opens. Programmes are picked by the membership based on a poll of member's preferences.
